Welcome to Quicklook! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Quicklook application ("the App"), provided by TouchTap Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. General Use

The App is available exclusively on the iOS App Store and is designed for use on Apple devices.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

2. Usage and Monetization

Quicklook offers limited free usage. After three free uses, you may continue using the app by either:

• Watching a full-screen ad to temporarily unlock additional uses
• Making a one-time in-app purchase to permanently unlock Quicklook Pro

All payments are handled securely through Apple's in-app purchase (IAP) system. Pricing is displayed within the App and may vary by region.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

Quicklook does not collect personal data. No user content is transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and functionality within the App are owned by TouchTap Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TouchTap Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App.

6. Third-Party Services

Quicklook uses the following third-party services:

• Apple StoreKit: For managing one-time purchases and ad-unlock features.
• Apple CloudKit: For syncing your Quicklook content across devices via iCloud.
• Google AdMob: For displaying optional, non-personalised ads when unlocking additional usage.

7. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date above and within the App.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the App.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
